Dividend Payment for Local Shares


São Paulo, July 27, 2021 – Considering that the Board of Directors of Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional, in the form of Art. 31 of its Bylaws Social and Art. 204, §2 ,of Law No.6,404/76, approved, on this date, the distribution to shareholders of dividends to the account of profits calculated in the balance sheet drawn up on June 30, 2021, in the amount of R$ 1,750,000,000.00, corresponding to R$ 1,26801069070972 per share of the capital stock outstanding on this date, we inform the Shareholders of the following:

  1. Dividends shall be available to Shareholders resident in Brazil, beginning at August 10, 2021, without monetary update, in their banking households, such as provided to the depositary institution, Banco Bradesco S.A.
  2. Shareholders who use fiduciary custodians will have their dividends credited according to the procedures adopted by the Stock Exchanges.
  3. Shareholders, whose registration does not include the CPF/CNPJ number or the indication of the “Bank/Agency/Current Account”, will have their dividends credited within 3 (three) business days from the due regularization of the respective registrations at the branches of Banco Bradesco SA, by completing the “Investor Registration Form”, which will be sent by the agency to the Department of Shares and Custody .

Places of service to shareholders: branches of Banco Bradesco S.A., specialized in the service of shareholders, during banking hours.

The amounts to be paid will be calculated and credited based on the positions of the Shareholders in July 30, 2021 and constitute in anticipation of the mandatory minimum dividend.

We highlight that, as of August 2, 2021, including, the negotiations of these shares on the Brazilian Stock Exchange will be held ex-dividends.

Dividends not claimed within 3 (three) years, counting from the date of commencement of payment, will expire and will revert in favor of the Company.
