The Management of Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (“CSN”), met today with the Government of the State of Minas Gerais and ratified the Letter of Intent executed with such State, dated as of December 18, 2007.
CSN also presented to the Governor of the State of Minas Gerais, Mr. Aécio Neves, its plan for the segregation of the Company’s mining businesses.
