São Paulo, May 7, 2021 – Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (“CSN” or “Company”) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on this date, it sold 56,000,000 preferred shares issued by Usinas Siderurgicas de Minas Gerais SA – Usiminas (“Usiminas”), reducing its participation, directly and indirectly, to 10.07% of the preferred shares.
The Company will evaluate strategic alternatives for the allocation of financial resources from this sale.
