COMPANHIA SIDERÚRGICA NACIONAL informs that it has contracted a credit facility from Caixa Econômica Federal under its Special Credit for Large Companies, in the form of a bank credit bill, amounting to R$ 1,000,000,000.00 (one billion reais), to be amortized in 36 (thirty-six) months. The proceeds will be used for the management of the Company’s liabilities.
